Back End
The Messaging Platform back end consists of interfaces between the platform
and the company that deploys it. The primary user interface is a secure extranet with
pages for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Marketing Analysts, and Campaign Administrators.
CSRs can add customers to the system, modify customer profiles, and remove customers from the
system. Marketing Analysts can perform a variety of analyses on customers and campaigns, such
as examining response rates by customer demographics. Campaign Administrators create
messages by entering text or uploading files, target those messages to the proper
customer segments, and indicate the day, time, or event that triggers when the messages
should be delivered.
